Founder
Bobby Robles
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Bobby Robles is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Operations & Management LLC (SOM), a veteran-led private security and information operations firm headquartered in Shawnee, Oklahoma. SOM was built to support government, commercial, and critical-infrastructure clients operating in complex and high-risk environments.
Bobby brings more than two decades of service in U.S. Army Special Operations, following earlier service in the U.S. Marine Corps. As a former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret and Airborne Ranger with the 75th Ranger Regiment, he has led and supported missions involving protective security, foreign internal defense, crisis response, partner-force training, and operational risk management across challenging environments.
Bobby also served as a private security contractor in Afghanistan, supporting protective operations in one of the world’s most demanding security environments. His experience gives SOM a practical, field-tested approach to protecting people, facilities, infrastructure, and high-value operations.
Bobby holds an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville, and dual bachelor’s degrees from Campbell University.
His professional qualifications include the Special Forces Tab, Ranger Tab, Combat Diver Qualification Course, Special Forces Sniper Course, Dive Supervisor qualification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and CLEET credentials. He is also the recipient of multiple military awards, including the Bronze Star Medal, Joint Commendation Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, Combat Infantryman Badge, and Expert Infantryman Badge.
Bobby’s leadership philosophy is built on discipline, integrity, service, and measurable execution. Through SOM, he applies Special Operations experience to modern security challenges — helping clients reduce risk, protect operations, and build resilient security programs where failure is not an option.

Anna Garcia-Durr is a seasoned contracting and compliance strategist with more than thirty years of experience leading complex government and commercial contract portfolios. Her expertise spans acquisition planning, contract lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, operational and contingency contracting, and enterprise risk management.
As the Founder & Managing Principal of AcquisitionIQ, Ms. Garcia-Durr equips organizations with precise, defensible contracting strategies that strengthen execution, accountability, and governance. She holds a Juris Master’s in Corporate Compliance and Contracts, along with multiple advanced industry credentials.
At SOM, Ms. Garcia-Durr provides strategic guidance across contracts, regulatory alignment, organizational controls, and mission-centered risk management. Her leadership enhances compliance posture, elevates governance frameworks, and supports informed decision-making that advances client success.
